We understand that delivering what you order, when you want it is the most important thing we do. However if something goes wrong, and occasionally it does we will try to fix it as soon as we possibly can.
Out of Stock
We Know how frustrating it can be when you have set your heart on something only to find it out of stock when you're ready to purchase. If you find this is the case please contact us and we will try our hardest to locate the item for you.

Technical
My payment has declined - Don't worry this can happen for a number of reasons. Try again checking the details are correct and the billing address is correctly entered. If you still have problems contact us at info@gottohave.co.uk or call 0845 1771619.
Despatch
Once your purchase has been accepted and payment has been authorised you will receive an email confirming despatch details. The despatch is normally the next working day, however Special Next Day Delivery will be posted the same day as long as the order and payment have been accepted before 12.30pm.
Goods Lost in Post
If a customer informs us that their order has not been received, a refund/exchange will be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. The investigation by Royal Mail will take up to 30 days.
Returns
You must let us know of any return within seven days of its receipt. Items must be returned undamaged in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Proof of posting should always be obtained. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our depot. On receipt of the returned item and on condition the returned item has met the conditions above, we will then refund your payment back onto the card that you paid with. Please note that our christmas returns can be returned up to 12th January. Due to hygiene rules we cannot accept the return of any earrings purchased.
